ROMANIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH

About This Project

The complete renewal of Cascina Città, situated in the north part of Turin, meets the needs of Romanian Orthodox community of Sfănta Parascheva, that relocates here its activity. In the court complex are located both the liturgical space, in the upper arcades, both the other services like catechism classrooms, a theater, an exhibition space, a library and other functions for the community. The central courtyard is maintained clear to welcome the faithful and allow the collective celebrations, around the ‘paraclis’ structure, a small sacred construction that is the identity sign of the religious complex.
