SANT’ANNA PARISH GARDEN

About This Project

New arrangement of the external area annexed to the church and the parish kindergarten, is conceived as a versatile and pleasant garden to host children during daytime, catechism activity and celebrations. Outer space is completely remodeled, orography is transformed changing slopes and defining new surfaces, matching two different coloured type of flooring. Polymeric flooring covers the whole playing area to ensure a safety quality to the garden, and generate a strange artificial landscape visible from the kindergarten rooms, so it could be seen also like an extension of the ludic and didactic space. Exixting trees interacts with new ground shapes, emerging from the ‘liquid’ flooring that incorporate them in a continuous way.
